Dr. Hans-Peter Sollinger
Member of the Board of Management Voith AG and President of Voith Paper

After graduating from Stuttgart University as a mechanical engineer he had various management positions in companies such as Continental Forest Industries in Augusta, USA and Feldmühle in Düsseldorf, Germany. In 1982 Dr. Hans-Peter Sollinger began his career at Voith as an application engineer for coating machines. After various positions he was appointed to the executive board of Voith AG in 2000 and since 2005 he is president of Voith Paper.

Dr Papier joined Felix Schoeller in 2005. Based on his education in chemistry (PHD), he started working for the paper industry in 1980. He worked for the company Zanders Feinpapiere, including the times when it was owned by International Paper Co and M-real Oy. Centered around the main focus on R+D, the former positions included Innovation Management, Quality Control, Environmental Affairs and Product Portfolio Management.

Dr. Wurster graduated in mechanical engineering / paper engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany). He has more than 25 years experience in working for paper industry in Germany, Finland and Austria. In 2001 Wurster joined UPM and was promoted in 2002 to Member of the Group Executive Team. Dr. Wurster is a member of the boards of German Paper Industry Federation (VDP), German Federation of Industrial Energy Consumers (VIK) as well as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Papiertechnische Stiftung, the German R & D Institute for Pulp and Paper.
